How to Bottle Kombucha Tea

So that's one alrighty let's do a how about a blueberries, blueberries are really good, oops and they fit in the whole easier. So we do with the bottling process while our water, while we're waiting for our water to boil so this help us kill time, finish the process faster. I encourage you to be creative you can even do garlic, make salad dressing, do different flavors like that, they don't have to necessarily have to be sweet and any healing herbs that you enjoy using from additional purposes are also a great addition, go g berries different things like that. Alright that looks good, here's our cork, what next, we got raspberries, we got cherries, we got cranberries, (what's in the bottle in the back) this is the elder flower tea, I don't have any of that made right now but how about a lime, ginger lime that's one of my favorites. And the smaller the pieces the better cause the more surface area you have the more the flavors will enter the Kombucha. And I'm going to put some of the lime peel in there but it's important to try to get as little the pit as possible because the pit it bitter and you can do lemon as well. But just the less pit the better so that that bitter flavor doesn't come through and then I'm going to juice this with the juicer and pour in the juice. So this is the part where I encourage you to have a lot of fun and just try different things, fruit flies, oh a great fruit fly trap is you put some Kombucha in a dish and add one drop of dish liquid. The fruit flies will fall in and not be able to get out, very handy. So as you can see one gallon will yield quit a bit of Kombucha so it's really up to you how much you want to brew depending how much you drink of it.
