History of Kombucha Tea
Hi! I'm Hannah Crum as known as La's Kombucha momma and I'm here for expertvillage.com to take you through kombucha camp. What is kombucha you may ask well that is a very good question it is a ancient Chinese secret dating back to the teen dynasty it is called Hong Cha and it stands for literary red tea bacteria it is a very alp description because it is a symbolic culture of bacteria and yeast that is put in a mixture of sweeten tea and it is allowed to mix for a couple of weeks and it creates very delicious health beverage. So here in the camp we'll start of with a tasting and try some of the different flavors that are already bottled. We would move into the kitchen where we learn how to make the sweet tea mixture and then we bottle the product that is already finished kumbusha that is already done and add our flavors where we get really creative.
