Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a shrimp pasta salad. Okay now what we are going to do is chop our egg cause we are going to add some chop boiled egg into this and you know basically you can do a rough chop. I'm going to slice it first it is hard boiled. The way I like to do boil eggs is basically put them in the water in some boiling water, I put in water let it come up to boil, remove them from the heat and let them sit for about 15 minutes and you normally get a perfect boiled egg every time. So we would just use our knife here and just get a rough chop a rough chop of our egg that we are going to add to our pasta salad. Is that to loud? And keep chopping until we are satisfied with the size of the chop, just move your knife around in that egg. So anyway we will continue to chop the egg, get it to the perfect size that we want here and move on to our next step.
