Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a shrimp pasta salad. Okay now we are going to move on and cut some green onions for our dish. Green onions are scallions some people might call them ad we are just going to get like I said we are doing small chops and of course we wanted to take off the very top of the greens and the very end the root part of the onion. Wash it and then like I say give it nice chops here and we are going to use both the white and the green. The green would give use some nice color. And as you notice I'm keeping those fingers out of the way I can't say that enough. Anyway so now we have our green onions chopped we set those to the side and move on to our next step.
