Cut Celery for Shrimp Pasta Salad

Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creole soul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a shrimp pasta salad. Okay in this step we are going to cut our celery and what we are going to do is just kind of go along and make little strips along the rib and we are going to use a couple of ribs for this. And we get those cut, we would bring them together, going to switch knives and make some chops in my celery and we would continue to slice the celery. Watch out for your fingers and there we have our celery. All nice and chopped and lets move on.
