We are going to teach you how to dance waltz, the basic step with partner. We are going to show you how to take the hold for waltz. First of all the man's right arm should go onto the lady's left shoulder blade and the lady's hand should go on the man's right shoulder. On the other hand, the man's left hand lifts up and holds the lady's right hand like this. The heads should be to the left for both lady and man. So we are turning back now and what is more important is the feet position. My right feet is between the man's both feet, so we are a bit to the side of each other. So I'm on the right side of the man. So when we start dancing, then the man's right leg should go between the lady's right and left leg and then go to the side and continue with the steps you have already learned. So it's 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3. Waltz is a 3 by 4 music and to that we should count 1-2-3-2-2-3. It is a very straight rhythm and you should always keep to this rhythm and never go slower or quicker. Let's dance to music now; 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3-1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3-1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3.
