Traying No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Hi my name is John King for Expert Village I'm one of the chef here at Benson's Vinaigrettes in Lansing, Michigan. Okay now we have our oats into the peanut butter cookies it is all mixed up and we are getting ready to tray them. We have some a sheet tray here this is a full size sheet tray this is going to be enough for gets depending on how you make them anywhere from 15-17 cookies and we also have a ice cream scoop. It is good to use a ice cream scoop so that we have uniform cookies you have the same size each time. This is a equivalent about 1/2 cup of scoop 1/2 cup scoop you can make them as big or as small as you want it depends on how many calories you want I guess. If you wanted to do a little bit lower calories you can make little smaller cookies or if you really want to have really nice big size ones you can use a bigger size scoop. Then we also have this is called parchment paper you can always use wax paper in your house if you want or you can just use a pan spray if you needed to. If as a last resort I really don't like to use this because it adds a little bit of flavor to it, it is not a real ideal thing I guess but you would use parchment paper or wax paper put on a sheet tray, put in a scooper and you would be all set.
