Adding Peanut Butter To No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Hi my name is John King for Expert Village I'm one of the chef here at Benson's Vinaigrettes in Lansing, Michigan. Okay now that we add all of our ingredients except for the peanut butter and the oat meal and we would pull it off the stove. So we boiled it for one minute. Remember I said it is important to not over, not boil it longer then that and so now we are going to add our peanut butter off of the stove. We have a 1/2 cup of peanut butter and this is creamy peanut butter you could use chunky if you wanted but I prefer the creamy variety it just have a better texture to the cookie. But your certainly welcome to use whatever you wanted, whatever you had around, I just prefer the creamy type and then we are going to put that right in through the hot mixture. Put that in and then stir it around and completely dissolve your peanut butter into the cocoa sugar mixture and here we go.
