How to Avoid Losing Your Turn in Pool

This is Richard with expertvillage.com talking about the game of 8 ball and a couple of things on how you loose your turn at the table. If you're at the table and you inivertantly pocket your opponents ball if you do not legally pocket one of your own balls, you loose your turn at the table. Your opponents ball however, does stay down. As each player is at the table on its turn, you will remain at the table provided that he legally pockets a ball and continue to shoot unless he calls a safety shot prior to shooting the ball. Also, once a player does not make one of his designated balls, he then looses his turn and turns the table over to his opponent.
