How to Insert the water tube

Okay now that the water is at the desired temperature, I am going to shut off the water. I am going to try and get as little air bubbles in the tube as possible because we don't want anymore air in you than needed. Okay I am about to insert the speculum. It is probably the most uncomfortable part of the session but it just takes 2 seconds and you will be good to go. It is lubricated with a 100 percent vegetable lubricant, all natural. So take a deep breath. Here we go. Okay take a big deep breath in and a big deep breath out. Okay. The tube is in place and now we are going to get started.
