How to Make Flubber

Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we'll mix our two solutions together and see what happens. Are you ready, pour the blue mixture into the bowl set that to the side and now get you borax solution a little stir and pour it in. Now pour it in your glue mixture use a spoon to stir those together. Stir that up. Oh i think we made flubber. Borax is a type of rock made from sodium, boran, and oxygen. When mix with white glue it cause the long protein strands in the white glue to bond with other protein strands. The long protein strands stick and can stretched a long way. This is another example of another long netonen fluid. If you molded into a ball it will hold its shape like a solid. But if you leave it alone it will drip and run like a liquid. Take it out and try to make it into a ball out of. And now hold it still and see what happens. Its kind of bouncy and kind of drippy at the same time. FLUBBER.
