Hello this is Hils'on nice to meet you right here I'm really happy to make you a video for Expert Village and I'm going to do California for you right now. Step just put the water into your rice cause the sushi rice is so important so you have to see the water level. So how much rice you put is how much water you are suppose to put. One bowl of rice, one bowl of water and then make level and make all the rice even. We can put a little bit more water to make rice soft.
