My plates that I have here these nice beautiful green square plates and you can use square and you can use circle plates whatever you like. What I'm going to do is I'm going to grab one of these, stick it just like that, and I'm going to get the other one, stick however you like just so it is kinda of in a angle there. I'm going to get some of these guacamole into a spoon and roll that into a ball as much as possible. Put that right on top of that. You want to grab your sour cream kind of make a design just like that. Get your hot sauce put little dots and now you have yourself a beautiful plating.
