Cooking Quesadillas
Hi my name is J I'm talking to you on behalf of expertvillage.com today we are making quesadilla. I'm going to show you how the quesadilla is should look it should have this brown texture to it. Maybe hit and push down just like that have a nice little crisp sound to it and this is going to give it good texture, it is going to give it a good color and it is going to taste very very good. Without this creepiness your quesadilla is nothing you definitely need to crisp it up both sides yes keep your stove on low heat and that way that quesadilla has time to crisp and the inside cheese has time to melt because on hight heat the outside of the tortilla is going to get really really crispy and the cheese is not going to have time to melt. So low heat, brown on both sides and you are done with our quesadilla as far as cooking.
