Hi my name is J I'm talking to you guys on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm going to move on with my mango pico de gallo receipt. What we are going to do we are going to get our lime, what you want to do is zest your lime with your zestier and this is not a necessary step but I like to do it. If you have a zestier at home I recommend doing it there is a lot of flavor in the zest and you just want to go down to the white part of your lime not any further. That is all the zest that is going to go in your pico de gallo. I'm going to chop this and we are going to use and you want to add the rest of your ingredients cilantro, mango, chopped Serrano and also we want to seasoning this. I got some fresh ground pepper that I ground up and some Kosher salt and you just want to get a pinch of each maybe two pinches of salt and maybe just a tab of garlic powder. Not to much. Now you got your self a mango pico de gallo. You want to mix the ingredients up and if you want this any finer if you want this any finer you could put it inside your food processor but I like it just like this. If you want a little more lemon or lime you can add that. You can add whatever you want to add. If you want to have it a little hotter you can add some more Serrano. If you want to make it more salter add more salt make sure not to put to much salt in the beginning because you can not take the salt away. And that is it for our mango pico de gallo.
