Creating Salon Staff Meeting Agendas
Hi, my name is Christi from Sarty Mountain, Inc. on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're talking about how to develop a good salon and spa staff meeting. This brings us to topic, after the numbers and goals in the first portion of the staff meeting has been gone over, next we go our the topic of the month. This consist of a 20 to 30 minute presentation on a selected topic chosen by the management team. This topic can be anything from the latest promotional campaign to training on a new product that we've just gotten for the location. For instance we have a quarterly ad that comes out, when that ad comes out we like to tell our staff members so that they know what to look for and what clients would be coming in to ask for from them. We then go over all of our promotional campaigns for the month, hear from staff members who have been attending training in recent weeks and then we go over upcoming educational opportunities for each staff member. This keeps everyone up to date on company's overall goals as well as the goals for each and individual location. Stay tuned for the conclusion!
