Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will be showing you how to cut or attach our end stringers. According to our directions, we have this end stringer to put on now. Now that is going to go on the outside our sawhorse and we are going to have some angled cuts that will make it look a little bit better. Now of my extra stock, I have a full 2x4 here, I have a section that was remaining when we cut up all of our legs and I have 2 47 inch pieces that are going to be used as our stringers on our short sawhorse. So make you do not use these at this time. I am going to take one of my remaining sections of 2x4 and I am going to place it in the approximately location that it is going to go. When I do this, I am going to draw a line on the back side of it and that will give me the angle that I will need to cut my board at. Now I am going to set my miter saw at the correct angle and cut my piece. Now that I have my end stringer cut, I can go ahead and put some screws in and secure that.
