Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will be showing you how we will cut and attach our side stringers to our second sawhorse. If we take a look at our directions on our short sawhorse or our second sawhorse, we have the stringers that run on the inside of our legs. Now they run on the inside so that we can stack our sawhorses. When we cut our stringers for our long sawhorse, the remaining material is the correct length for the stringers for our short sawhorse so there is no cutting that needs to be made. As we did with our first sawhorse, we are going to mark up 10 inches. Now this mark is going to be on the inside of each leg. We are going to do this for each leg. Next we are going to move our stringers in place on top of that line and we are going to have them flush with the edge of our sawhorse. Go ahead and put a couple screws in each side to hold it in. After you have one side in, continue with the same procedure for the other side. Now that both of our side stringers have been put on, we are now ready for our end stringers.
