Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you craw fish etouffee. Okay lets take our onion here we are going to chop this onion up so we are going to make some slices through the onion we are not going to cut all the way through but just along, turn it around and start doing this side. I'm just going to make a little easier for use to chop the onion do this through and then we are going to take that and we are going to make a few slits down and then we just go across with our knife and our onion would get chopped. Pull those fingers back, you don't want to chop a finger and so we would take our chopped onion, put that to the side and move on to our next veggie.
