Practicing the Freestyle Stroke Arm Motion with Breathing

Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. After you practice outside the water the pull movement, get into the water and try to practice the pull inside the water. It's better to start by holding the wall lying on your stomach. Do a little bit kicks to balance yourself and start to practice the pull movement one arm at a time. Now with the breathing you can also practice it. So when your arm is getting down, take the air and back to the wall.
