Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. Now we're going to show you how to breathe with the freestyle stroke. Place your left hands up front, the left hand is not moving and then start the stroke only with your right hand. When the hand gets close to your body rotate your head, take a breath. When you bring the hand back, put your head back in the water and release the bubbles. So one more time, the right hand only. When it gets close to your body rotate your head, take air and then bring head back when the hand is going back. Okay now we're going to show you from a different angle with the left hand. So the same thing, just the right hand stay in front and only the left hand works. Make sure you breathe when you rotate your head and bring the hand back. Alright throughout this whole movement make sure you're kicking, so the legs don't stop kicking so that will give you more balance.
