Practicing the Arm Motion for the Freestyle Stroke in the Water

Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. Another exercise is practice the pull movement just by walking in the water and start to practice the pull. Then you can also practice on the combination between the two arms. So you can see one arm is getting into the water, the other arm is getting outside. Make sure all the time that your hands are closed, your fingers are closed together, not like that.
