Applying Mineral Makeup on Customers

Hi! I'm Leah from Refuel Spa and on behalf of Expert Village. In this next segment, we will be talking about client consultation. During the client consultation, it's very important to comunicate with your client ans ask key questions. Some of the things you can ask are what are they trying to achieve from today's treatment. Are they looking for a day look, an evening look, dramatic eyes, bright lips. Obviously, if you were going to apply blue eyeshadow, red lipstick, you could put that client into a little bit of a shock. Truely, communication is key.
