Hi! On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make Ganache from my new book "Not Just Desserts." Okay, so now while we're waiting for our cream to heat up and to come to a boil, I just want to explain to you that we're going to be using this ganache, once it's finished, to coat brownies. Now, I took regular store bought brownies. I prefer Duncan Hines because it really bakes up so quick and easy. This is an 8 inch square pan that I put the brownies in. Remember it's just a basic recipe of brownies. You can get any store bought brownies, but I like to use Duncan Hines. Also, the ganache on top of the brownies creates a very wholesome chocolate.
