Prepare Bread Dough To RiseHi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we are going to set our handmade dough to rise. I will get a bowl and would just put a drop of oil in it not to much because you just want to lightly coat the dough you can rub that around the bowl, put the dough in there, and flip it over, so the dough is nicely coated. We put some plastic wrap on that, cover it nice and cover it up with a towel. The towel sort of holds the plastic wrap. There now we have our dough rising.
