Guide to Creatures in Magic The Gathering
Hello, welcome back. I am David Morgan from Gamers Enclave and I am with Jerome. In this segment we are going to demonstrate creatures and casting and also I am going to explain sudden sickness and how that works. First it is my turn and I am going to play a spell called Flame . It costs 4 mana, one red and three colorless so I am going to tap the appropriate mana right here and play it out. Now when the flame comes into play this is a triggered ability, it deals four damage to a target creature. Looking at his creatures there is one creature here that his a four four the playgord. I am going to deal four damage to that killing it. So that resolves the playgord goes to the grave. Now the sudden sickness flame cannot attack this turn since it does not have haze which is an ability, will explain later, it just sits there until the next turn and then I can attack with it. Now these creatures are already in play, these creatures can attack.
