So now we are beating our egg crack it, I just like to beat it a little bit so I'm not adding a egg with the whole yolk and sometimes when you are mixing it up in a situation like this it really don't break up together and really what you want to do in receipts is to make sure that the flavors are evenly distributed so in every single bit you get the same flavors and texture. Okay there is our egg, we are going to add our mustard which the receipt calls for. Now you can add any kind of mustard I just happen to a more garment mustard on hand which might have a more hot taste but that is perfectly fine.
