Adding Mayonnaise & Bread Crumbs to Crab Cake Mix

On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make crab cakes from my new book Not Just Desserts. Now I'm going to add my basil okay we are just adding ingredients as we go along. We are going to add the cup of mayonnaise which is in the receipt, very easy receipt to follow. I always use Helmans mayonnaise because it doesn't have any added sugars, it is just exactly what mayo noise is suppose to be and that is egg yolks and oils that are modified together. Our bread crumbs add our bread crumbs and this is to basically to absorb any of the liquids from the crab meat or from the egg the moisture from the egg that we are going to add but it also adds flavor because these are flavored bread crumbs so it also binds the crab cakes so it forms well.
