On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make crab cakes from my new book Not Just Desserts. Okay so now the crab cakes call for a lot of very interesting and quiet of number different ingredients. You can see lets talk about the ingredients we are going to add into the crab cakes okay into the crab cakes itself the lump crab meat, we are going to add there are bread crumbs, chopped up peppers, we have scallions, I have chopped up some garlic here as you can see. All of these ingredients are actually go into the crab cakes receipt itself and some of the ingredients are going to go into the sauce which we are going to talk in a little while. We have cream cherry, you would need some chopped scallions, of course salt and pepper to add taste, we have our oregano, we have heavy cream that is basically for the sauce that is not going to be added to the crab cakes itself.
