Fill Pans with Zucchini Bread DoughHello I'm Carolyn with Expert Village. I usually like it in the smaller loaves and it makes around 5 small loaves. Now we are going to set this pan I usually put them on the cookie sheet and they fit good so it would cook more evenly like that. Then we just feel the pan. You feel them about 3/4 full about a 1/2 inch from the top probably.
