Ingredients Needed for Making Zucchini Bread

Hello I'm Carolyn Saylors with Expert Village and I'm going to show you how to make zucchini bread today. I'm going to tell you some of the ingredients that we are going to use today. We are going to use 3 eggs, we are going to use sugar and oil and flour and oats and also baking powder, cinnamon, soda, vanilla, nuts and of course zucchini. Also you would need your measuring cups and a knife I like a knife with a straight back so I can level off the sugar and a couple of bowls and some measuring spoons, a bowl, a mixer. I have this shredder for the zucchini and then the pan, the spray to spray the pans down before you pour in there.
