Recommended Publishers for Your Comic Book

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Dan Head. And, today we're going to talk about how to self publish your own comic or graphic novel. So, you've got your comic project together, and you don't want to do small press. You've spent some money on it, and you really want to put it out to a national scale. What publishers are there that are looking for new comics out there? Well, we talked about three already. First off, there's Dakuwaka as we said. They publish, these days, mainly in black and white and they do create-your-own titles, usually quarterly. Arkana is, is another create-your-own company. They tend to do monthlies or bimonthlies. And, they always do color. And then ASP is another create-your-own title. And, they do mostly fantasy or science fiction type stories. They also, definitely, definitely always do color with high end art.
