How to Use Internet Exposure to Get a Record Deal

Hello! On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Barry Bergman and today I am going to give you tips on how to get a record deal. There are other ways to create interest and get your career going. One is by the social networking site like MySpace or FaceBook. Other ways are through Youtube. If you can make a wacky video that can garner some attention in some way shape or form, these labels and companies have people scouring the web. If you can build a big list of friends and show a lot of activity on MySpace page and people like a couple of songs that you have there, this too can create some interest and have the labels take a good look. Like a band, like an act, like Second Hand Serenade out of California got signed by Daniel Glass, this business a couple of months back based on the fact that he had a tremendous amount of friends and Danny Glasses' people found them on the web and liked the music.
