Hello! On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Barry Bergman and today I am going to give you tips on how to get a record deal. There are several ways to get a record deal but the best way is to obtain way and the quickest way is to start off by making a demo which is a demonstration of your abilities. This can be an audio or visual presentation or could be audio visual. You need financing to put together your demo or unless you are a recording engineer and you have all the equipment to produce this demo. A demo used to be 3, 4, 5 tracks. Today you really need to make an album because you make your own album because everyone else is doing it. You can't present to a label anything less than what someone else is doing. In fact the more you got, the better your chances.
