Transitions Between Takedowns in Sambo Martial Arts

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Stephen Koepfer at New York Combat Sambo in New York City and today we are going to be doing advance sambo. In this advance clip we are going to show a transition between 2 take downs. It is very important again to be able to transition between throws. So we are going to take the basic hip throw that you learned in the first beginner section and now combine it with a rolling knee bar. I enter for a hip through on my opponent he might side step to get out of the way so my hips are not underneath him. This is a perfect moment to transition to the rolling knee bar that we just learned. When he side steps his legs are right in between and I can go right for the rolling knee bar. So I step, I inner.
