On behalf of Expert Village I'm Stephen Koepfer at New York Combat Sambo in New York City and today we are going to be doing advance sambo. Okay this advance clip now that you have learned the rolling knee bar from your knees we are going to do it from standing position. Again somehow during on grabbing I come to this position where I'm here, I'm going to do my regular forward roll that you have learned in the beginner section, tucking your arm underneath. This time you tuck your arm between your 2 legs just like we did in the kneeling version okay. So from here do a nice deep roll, my head goes underneath him, deep, hugging the knee, trapping his feet, just like that. The rolling bar your knee should be above your groan and his legs should be tight to your chest. Ready.
