How to Make a 90-Degree Angle Cut with a Jig Saw
Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will be showing you how to adjust for a 90 degree angle cut. First we need to disconnect the cord from our power supply. Next we need to loosen up our Allen screw in the bottom of our jigsaw. After that we need to set a right angle up to our blade and adjust that shoe until there is no light seeing through that right angle. Here I would have adjusted it too much and here I wouldn't have adjusted it enough, so you need to make sure that it lines up perfectly. Once it is lined up, go ahead and tighten that Allen screw and if you take a look at your bevel gage, you can double check to make sure it is actually on 0.
