Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village, in this video clip I will show you how to flush cut our top. Now that our trim has fully dried on our top we need to come back adn use our rotor to flush cut this trim so there is no lip. First I'm going to clamp my top in a vice so it is fully secure. Next I set up my rotor so this barren will go along my plywood and the blade will cut my trim. On the top I need to be a little more careful just cause this what everyone is going to see so I need to make it look really good. Now that all of my trim has been flush cut my top is starting to look really nice.
Flush cutting the curve using this technique would be very difficult.
