How to Replace the Brushes on a Random Orbit SanderHi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will show you how to replace the brushes in your Random Orbit Sander. First you need to remove the three screws from the top of your sander and remove your top. Next you need to pull the brush spring back carefully and pull out your brush. Next you are going to find that wire the brush is connected to and you are going to pull that out of motor. Once that is done, we are going to install our new brush wire and reinstall our brush. Go ahead and do this for the other side and replace your top and those three screws.
