Smoothing Frosting On The Side Of Sheet Cake
Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now we're going to smooth out the sides of the cake. Just take that knife and smooth it. Come off the cake very lightly. Around the corner. Come off the cake nice and lightly. Just kind of glide off the cake. Wipe the knife clean. Take it around the corner again. I took a little too much on, so I'll put it back on. Don't worry about this being messy right here. We'll wipe that off later. Right now we just want to cover the cake nicely and smooth it off. We're also going to put a little bit of the trim on the bottom and the end so you don't have to worry about this messy tray. Clean our knife off. It's hard for me. I'm trying to do this so you can see the corner, but I can't see the corner. We'll go around. I'll go back and fix those corners later. Here we go. Okay, I think we are ready to do the top.
