I take dance lessons at a Nationally known dance studio and was very frustrated: I am considering stopping the classes. I was searching for a video that would show me the foot steps to the swing, step by step. This video, does that more that any other that I have seen. I wish there were just a bit more. For a beginner, that is very important. I may take a few more lessons after find this.

The Woman's Steps in Swing Dancing

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Christopher Hemmer Mr. Dance Pro in South Florida and I'm Kelly Anne of 56.dance we are going to present to you the east coast swing also known as triple swing. Lindy hop bop etc. Hello ladies and gentlemen we are going to start again with triple swing that would be the east coast swing or east coast style and we are going to start in open position or 2 hand hold. Ladies footwork is right, left, right, left, right, left, right left or shuffle, shuffle, rock, step or a tiny little chase say chasse to the right, chasse to the left and rock, step. A little tiny chasing one foot is chasing the other and rock, step. So you have 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5,6.
