On behalf of Expert Village I'm Christopher Hemmer, Mr. Dance Pro in South Florida and I'm Kelly Anne of 56 dance we are going to represent to you the east coast swing also known as triple swing Lindy hot bop etc. Hello ladies and gentlemen we are going to represent to you the east coast swing triple time version in open position or in a two hand hold. Ready and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, rock step, triple step, triple step and a back rock 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and a back rock, triple step, triple step, rock step. I go so side together side, side together side, back step, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, rock step. In music that would be counted 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5, 6. In elements that would be a triple to the side, triple to the side and a back rock. I normally count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and a rock step as I'm counting my feet. Alright that is a triple step basic.
