Hey! How you doing? This is Jonathan Escotto, also known as B-boy Xcel, on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're showing you breaking tips. Now we're going to talk a little bit about what we call a 5 step. A 5 step is obviously a footwork move, and there's obviously 5 steps. 5 step is very similar to a 6 step minus 1 step. I'm going to demonstrate a 5 step. You start off the exact same way as a 6 step position, so it looks something like this. You start it off the exact same way you start a 6 step off. Start off in a 6 step position here. Step 1; 90 degrees, left foot. Step 2; right behind your left foot here. Step 3; in a squat position. Switch hands and hook the leg on step 4. Now here's where it differs from the 6 step. Step 5, instead of stepping back here, we're going to lean onto our left hand, throw all our body weight here and we're going to kick out with our left leg. Kick. Now from here, we're just going to bring our leg right in. Back to step 1. Try that again. 6 step position. You're going to go 1, 2, 3, hook and switch, 4. Here's where it differs. 5, in, 1, 2, 3, kick out, bring it in. That's a 5 step. Here's what it looks like full out.
