Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I'll be talking about daily maintenance on your Brad Nailer. You want to be sure to lubricate your tool with 5 to 7 drops of nematic tool oil. The reason for this is that it prevents the failure of the o-rings inside of your unit. The way we do this is we just insert drops of oil into the air fitting on the end cap of the tool. Next you want to make sure you drain your compressor tanks and hoses daily. This is going to prevent the accumulation of condensation inside of your tanks which could weaken your tanks. You want to make sure that you clean the inside of magazine, the pusher and the contact tip. Any type of dirt or debris that gets in these will not allow the tool to function properly. Lastly before each time you use it you want to make sure that all the screws, nuts and fasteners are tight and undamaged. If they are loose, it cause damage to the tool or it could end up coming apart and injuring yourself.
