Why to Bring a Passport to an Acting Audition?
On behalf of expertvillage.com I'm Lori Wyman with Lori Wyman Casting in North Miami Beach, Florida and today we're to talk about how to prepare for on camera auditions. I know that may sound a little silly to you, because this is a casting director speaking to you about an auditioning however, it is important that you have a valid passport. That's right you want a valid passport which enables you to travel. In the last month I have done two projects that are shooting in the Bahamas. Now, years ago you never needed a passport to travel to the Bahamas or to travel to Canada, but ever since immigration laws have changed, it is imperative that you have a valid U.S. Passport or valid Visa papers in order to travel in and out of the United States. So make sure that you have a valid passport, make sure it is up to date, it is not expired and make sure it is current in order to book jobs out of the country and be able to work there.
