Presentation Tips for On Camera Acting Auditions
On behalf of expertvillage.com I'm Lory Wyman from Lori Wyman Casting in North Miami Beach, Florida and today we're going to talk about on how to prepare for an on camera auditions. Something that I have found that really bothers clients is perfume or cologne. Think about it, have you ever been in a room and somebody walks in with an over powering perfume or cologne and you just start to cough? We'll we're in my casting office today and you will notice the room has no windows and only air conditioning vents. Now if somebody comes in here with a very, very strong and overpowering scent, it stays in the room all day long. Now if you have a client who is allergic to perfumes and colognes, this might not serve you a person who is looking to get hired. Well, one time I had an actress come in and her perfume was so overpowering and I began coughing and couldn't finish the casting. So make sure that you come in clean, but without a scent.
