How to Remove Rotten or Damaged House Siding

Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip I will be showing you how to remove our rotten siding sheets. Now that we have removed our trim boards our next step is to remove our rotted sheets. Now since our top section is not rotted we are going to try to salvage those sheets now however the bottom section when we remove them it doesn't matter if we break them apart because we are going to throw them away anyways. We are going to remove our siding the same way that we removed our trim boards we are going to use our hammer and our speed bar and we are going to put in underneath and pry up and we are just going to continue that until we remove all that siding. Once all the siding has been removed now we are ready to prepare our studs for our new siding to go up.
