Having a Natural Garden for the Macrobiotic Lifestyle

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Gale Stolove with Wholly Macro in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today we are going to talk about the day and the life of macrobiotics lifestyle. So here we are in sunny side Florida in the summer time and part of my day is taking a stroll in my garden and picking some of the things that I might use in cooking during the day. So I have a extensive garden and I have to do this rain or shine. I have a extensive herb garden, I have alot more around the corner with chives, rosemary, lavender, parsley, have some edible flowers, I have alot of different greens, I have lettuces. It is summer so the garden is sort of transition right now but there is still plenty of abundance you know of fresh greens to choose from and I will gather them and bring them in and use them in my cooking.
