Making A Lion In Balloon Modeling

Hi everybody! Malik the magic guy, expertvillage.com and now for the lion, another variation on the bear head and this is going to be another cool animal that we’re going to put a face on because it’ll, I’ll show you how adding some detail can really make it look like a lion. So we’re going to do the same set of bubbles we did for the bear head exactly the same, the only difference is going to that we’re not going to tuck into it and see one just came unraveled so I’m just going to go back and do it again and you want to give these good amounts of turn. So this is the point that we’re at with the bear head, now normally with the bear head we would tuck this through, what we’re going to do instead is take the knot and tie it right down in here so it’s like we did a lock twist with these two bubbles, so we’re going to take the knot tie right down in here just like that just in that junction and we’re going to take these two bubbles and bring them up like that…then we pinch twist to make the two ears and if you sort of form that and tuck it in a little bit that makes a lion’s face. Now we just make our basic body like we did on the basic dog and so many other things before with just the lock twist legs, tuck the tail through with the roll through like we did before, that’s our lion. Now I want to add a face on this just to show you how adding some detail can really make this look more like a lion, so we put a little triangular nose on there, some whiskers, make some eyeballs you can make yours round if you actually want to, give it some eye brawls and that is a lion and that really looks like a lion.
