How to Choose a House
On behalf of Expert Village, this is Dan Kelly with Keller Williams Realty here in Miami Shores, Florida. I'm with the Kelly White Team, and today we're going to tell you how to buy a house. Okay, you're pulling to a house. The realtor's got you in the car. He's showing you as you pull up. Do not judge a book by it's cover. You see this house behind me. It looks like your typical little box of a house. Well if this house were to be sold in today's market, it'll be like a million one/a million two. Why should that be? Well, when you open up the doors to this house, the first thing you're going to see is on a canal. It's got a redone kitchen, redone bathrooms. From the outside, it doesn't look like much. It looks just like a typical track house built in the 50s somewhere in Florida, so do not be turned off by curb appeal like that, because the appeal in a lot of home lay within the home, with the property. Like I said, this is on the water, direct canal, ocean access. It's a very desirable neighborhood. It's little over 57 homes in the neighborhood, so again, it's very desirable so don't judge it's book by it's cover. On behalf of Expert Village, thanks for watching.
